WHAT SERVICES DOES THE LAND RECORDS DEPARTMENT PROVIDE?
The Tulsa County Land Records Department maintains all documents filed which pertain to real estate. This department also handles requests from the public on ownership information and legal descriptions of real estate. The Land Records Department can provide homeowners with a Property Ownership Statement to make application for Homestead Exemption with the County Assessor's Office. Application can be made throughout the year.
The Tulsa County Land Records Department has records back to statehood (1907); though, there are some filings back as far as 1903. Digital copies can be emailed for a fee.
